Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

The Heirlume at Ashley Reed is committed to providing a website that is accessible and welcoming to all visitors. We believe everyone should be able to access information about our venue and services, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website by following recognized best practices and striving to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably possible.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, encounter content that is not accessible or need information in an alternative format, we encourage you to contact us. We value your feedback and will make every reasonable effort to provide the information or assistance you need.

If you contact us, please include a description of the issue you encountered and the page or feature where it occurred so we can investigate and improve the experience.

Because technology is constantly evolving, some areas of the website may not always function perfectly for every visitor. We are committed to ongoing improvements and appreciate your patience as we continue to enhance accessibility.

If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us.
